Book a Family Check Up and Clean at our Menai Surgery to receive a Complimentary Electric Toothbrush valued $250AUD. This offer is only available at our Menai surgery located at Level 1, Suite 20, 62-70 Allison Cres, Menai Metro, NSW, 2234

 

Patients must mention this offer upon booking their Check Up and Clean to be eligible for the Complimentary Electric Toothbrush.

Offer is valid until 30th June 2020. For new patients only. One electric toothbrush per family.

This offer is valid for families of 3 or more (2 adults plus 1 child or more) and booked in on the same day with Dentist available at time of booking. Complimentary Electric Toothbrush offer will be given at end of paid family treatment. If appointments are made on different days the offer will be given on the last paid completed appointment. Cancelled appointments will not be rebooked.

 

Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients. This offer is not transferable for cash and can only be redeemed in a single transaction.

 

Any remaining discount balance after redemption is void, no balance will be paid in cash or credit for future services. The patient is responsible for any outstanding payments at the time of their appointment. Prices may be subject to change.
